# Custom connector

## Overview

The Spark Custom Connector can be easily integrated with ChatGPT on both the web and desktop versions.

There are two types of actors for this integration:

* **Workspace Admin**: adds the GWI connector integration for their organization and publishes it to the workspace.
* **Workspace Members**: connect to the GWI connector by using their GWI account.

* **Access denied during sign-in**: Confirm with your GWI contact that your email address or domain is enabled for your organization's Spark MCP access.
* **OAuth errors**: Clear your browser cache or try connecting from an incognito/private browsing window.

## Security & Management

* **Organization level**: Workspace admins can unpublish or remove the connector at any time. Admins can use RBAC to control which roles have access to the connector.
* **User level**: Individual users can disconnect from the connector in `Settings -> Apps & Connectors`.
* **Token management**: ChatGPT automatically handles OAuth token refresh and storage. No manual token management is required.
* **Action controls**: Admins can configure which specific actions the connector is allowed to perform.
